Tremors

Tremor is an involuntary shaking movement, usually affecting the hands and head, but may affect any part of the body included the feet or torso.

Tremor is a medical symptom caused by a variety of underlying conditions. Some can be due to excess stress hormones related to anxiety, some due to genetics and family history, and others related to more pervasive neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease.

Tremor is usually a treatable symptom but also requires a thorough neurological evaluation to assess for the underlying cause and address appropriately.
